Does anybody know if this CBS19 story was accurate or a case of an overzealous reporter or lawyer jumping the gun? All the other stories I’ve seen seem to suggest his lawyers haven’t announced any decisions about a plea, although I did see in today’s paper that his trial has been cancelled.
